  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within India. International timelines may vary based on location and carrier.

You will be notified when your order has been dispatched, along with tracking details.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and destination.

  • The final shipping cost will be shared with you before dispatch and added to the invoice.

  • For bulk or international orders, we recommend discussing logistics in advance for clarity.

3. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery. Tracking details will be shared as soon as the shipment is dispatched.

4. Delays & Exceptions

While we strive for timely delivery, ILAKSHI is not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as:

  • Natural calamities

  • Transportation strikes

  • Customs delays (for international orders)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

5. Damage During Transit

In the rare event your package is damaged in transit, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping

We do offer international shipping. For all overseas orders, timelines and costs vary by destination. Additional customs duties or taxes (if any) will be the responsibility of the buyer.
