At ILAKSHI, we take pride in crafting high-quality, made-to-order products that meet your exact specifications. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with the following:

1. Your order number

2. A clear description of the issue

3. Photographs of the product showing the defect or damage

Once we receive your request, our team will assess the situation and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, based on the nature of the issue.

Please Note:

• Refunds or replacements are only applicable for manufacturing defects or damages during transit.

• Any claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or replacement.

• Color variations and minor differences in print placement are not considered defects, as they are a natural result of the digital printing process.
