To initiate production, we require full payment upfront for all orders. This ensures a seamless and efficient process, allowing us to deliver your made-to-order products without delay.

2. Additional Charges

  • Logistics: Shipping and handling charges are calculated separately and added to the final invoice.

  • Bespoke Designing: Custom design services are charged extra based on the scope and complexity of the project.

3. Payment Plans for Bulk Orders

For large-scale or bulk orders, we may offer a flexible payment plan. In such cases:

  • 50% of the total amount is payable upfront to confirm the order.

  • The remaining 50% is to be paid before delivery.

  • Payment plan availability and terms are subject to discussion and mutual agreement.
